All questions concerning the functionality of a product must be made to the shop, where you have purchased the product.

Access to, erasure or correction of your information

If you wish to make a claim concerning a YOUR GOOD WELLNESS

Under the US Consumer Law, you have a 24-month right to invoke a lack of conformity on goods purchased, when you can provide a bill or invoice. Claims must be made within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect/damage. Claims made within two months after the defect/damage is discovered will always be considered timely.

The personnel of the shop will test and evaluate the product according to YOUR GOOD WELLNESS

Return policy at YOUR GOOD WELLNESS

Returns, whether made by exercising the right of cancellation or due to claims, must be sent to the following address:

Returns must be accompanied by the delivery note that was included with the item when you received it or the order confirmation you received at the time of your order.

The return period starts 30 days from the receipt of the order.

Returns cannot be delivered in person at any of our addresses, nor will we accept COD deliveries.

Please note that we do not cover the return costs. Customers are responsible for covering the cost of shipping the product back to us. If a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] to obtain the RMA number before sending the product back. Items returned without an RMA may not be accepted.

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days once the returned items have been received and inspected. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

Opened or unopened products are eligible for a return, provided they meet our return conditions.

Certain items may not be eligible for a refund. Opened dietary supplements, perishable goods, and personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive defective or damaged. Please inspect your item upon delivery and contact us immediately if there is any issue.

Right of cancellation

Under the US Consumer Law, you have a 14-day right of cancellation on goods purchased from YOUR GOOD WELLNESS

The right of cancellation lapses if the product has been in use, as this results in a reduction of the product’s value.

If you exercise the right of cancellation, you as a customer are responsible for the costs of sending the item back to Hermes Health LLC

You can also cancel the purchase by refusing to accept the goods on delivery. Regardless of how you exercise the right of cancellation, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the goods to our address.
